The strategy of Urban Outreach is to reach out to the at-risk youth of the Southeast DC neighborhood with a hand of love and guidance; a heart of acceptance and understanding.  Their proposal to Kingdom Investors is to strengthen the Frontlines Urban Outreach Youth Program by establishing a youth center on the property located at 5343 C Street, SE.   The staff has developed a strong core of inner city youth.  They have dedicated a 2-apartment facility on the first floor for these young people, who are the "future of the city."  They need Kingdom Investors to partner with them to transform that unit into the dynamic youth activity center that Urban Outreach envisions.   UO-1 Community Food Program-$6,000 or $500/month UO-2 UO-2 New Doors and Frames-$3,500 UO-3 Handicap Ramp-$2,000 UO-4 New Carpet-$3,500 UO-5 Zoned Windows-$4,340 or $217/each
