The strategy of Urban Outreach is to reach out to the at-risk youth of the Southeast DC neighborhood with a hand of love and guidance; a heart of acceptance and understanding.  Their proposal to Kingdom Investors is to strengthen the Frontlines Urban Outreach Youth Program by establishing a youth center on the property located at 5343 C Street, SE.   The staff has developed a strong core of inner city youth.  They have dedicated a 2-room facility on the second floor for these young people, who are the "future of the city."  They need Kingdom Investors to partner with them to transform that unit into the dynamic youth activity center that Urban Outreach envisions.   W-6  Two new bathrooms Cost:  $4000 each W-7  New Kitchen Cost:  $4000 W-8  Carpet and flooring Cost:  $6000 W-9  Operational Support Cost:  $6000 or $500/month
